Lean training is most effective when it takes the unique culture and experience of your organization into account. The basic concepts don’t change, but the examples and discussions are most meaningful when the facilitator has experience in your industry or type of organization.

While I work with all types of organizations, I specialize in providing lean training to large and medium-sized mission-driven and public service organizations. Lean is not just for engineering or manufacturing!
